These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website at ultimateagentwp.ai and to the optional feedback / issue-reporting service operated at https://ultimateagentwp.ai/wp-json/gratis-ai-server/v1/reports (the “Feedback Service”) used by the Superdav AI Agent WordPress plugin.

The plugin itself is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later and is distributed through the WordPress.org plugin directory. These Terms do not modify, restrict, or replace the GPL licence that governs your use of the plugin.

1. Nature of the Feedback Service

The Feedback Service is a free, optional channel that receives user-submitted feedback and issue reports about the Superdav AI Agent plugin. Its sole purpose is to help the maintainers diagnose problems, prioritise fixes, and improve the product.

The Feedback Service is strictly opt-in. The plugin never transmits any report unless you, the site administrator, explicitly trigger a submission (for example by clicking the thumbs-down button on an AI response or by running the /report-issue command) and accept the on-screen consent modal that previews the exact payload to be sent. No background telemetry, automatic error reporting, or analytics is ever transmitted to the Feedback Service.

2. Acceptable Use

By submitting a report you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to share the information in the report.
  • You have reviewed the payload preview shown in the consent modal and are satisfied that it does not contain secrets, credentials, or personal data you do not wish to disclose.
  • You will not deliberately use the Feedback Service to transmit unlawful, malicious, or harassing content, to probe for vulnerabilities in the service, or to send automated / high-volume submissions.

The maintainers may, at their sole discretion, discard any submission that appears to violate these conditions.

3. No Warranty

The Feedback Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The maintainers do not guarantee that submissions will be acknowledged, acted upon, retained for any specific period, or result in a fix or feature change. Service availability, response time, and retention policy may change without notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainers of ultimateagentwp.ai and the Superdav AI Agent plugin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Feedback Service or this website.

5. Privacy

The information you submit through the Feedback Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it before submitting a report.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Feedback Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
