Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 May 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how it is handled when you (a) visit ultimateagentwp.ai or (b) submit an opt-in report through the Superdav AI Agent WordPress plugin’s feedback / issue-reporting feature (“the Feedback Service”).

The Superdav AI Agent plugin itself does not route your conversations, content, or AI-provider traffic through this service. Conversations with your chosen AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) go directly from your WordPress site to that provider using your own API key, with no intermediary. The Feedback Service only receives data that you explicitly choose to send through the in-plugin feedback form.

1. Information collected by the Feedback Service

When you click the thumbs-down button on an AI response, run the /report-issue command, or otherwise trigger a feedback submission from within the plugin, the plugin displays a consent modal that previews the exact payload that will be sent. You can review, edit, or cancel the submission at that point. Nothing is transmitted until you confirm.

A typical submitted payload may include:

  • The sanitised excerpt of the conversation you flagged, with secrets, API keys, and obvious personal data redacted before display.
  • The provider ID, model ID, and ability / tool call log relevant to the failure.
  • Plugin version, WordPress version, PHP version, and a small amount of environment metadata used to reproduce the issue.
  • Any free-text comment you choose to add in the consent modal.

The Feedback Service does not collect:

  • Background telemetry, analytics, or heartbeat pings.
  • The site URL or site name, unless you choose to include it in the free-text comment.
  • User account information from your WordPress installation.
  • Provider API keys, OAuth tokens, or any other secret stored by the plugin (these are redacted before the payload is ever rendered for preview).

2. Information collected by the website

The ultimateagentwp.ai website itself collects standard webserver access logs (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp) for the purpose of operating and securing the site. These logs are rotated and discarded on a routine schedule and are not combined with any feedback-service submission.

The site does not set tracking cookies for advertising or third-party analytics. Standard WordPress session cookies are used only if you log in to administer the site.

3. How the information is used

Submitted reports are reviewed by the plugin maintainers solely to diagnose problems, prioritise fixes, and improve the Superdav AI Agent plugin. Reports are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Aggregated, non-identifying summaries (for example “X% of failures involve provider Y”) may be shared in release notes or public discussion.

4. Data sharing

The Feedback Service does not share submitted reports with third parties except where required by law or as strictly necessary for the operation of the underlying hosting infrastructure (storage, backups, DDoS protection). It does not pass reports to advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms.

5. Retention

Reports are retained only for as long as they remain useful for diagnosing the related issue, after which they are deleted. There is no fixed maximum retention period, but stale or duplicate reports are pruned on a routine basis.

6. Your choices

  • Do not submit. The Feedback Service is opt-in. Simply not clicking the feedback button means no data is ever sent.
  • Cancel at the consent modal. Every submission is previewed before it is transmitted. You can cancel at that point.
  • Request deletion. To request deletion of a previously submitted report, contact us through the channels in section 8. Please include enough detail to identify the report (approximate date, plugin version, model used).

7. Children

The Feedback Service and this website are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect information from them.
